Create high-performing video ad creatives based on briefs for user acquisition campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram;
Generate high-quality, realistic AI-powered visuals that meet marketing and performance objectives;
Produce, animate, and assemble video creatives in After Effects;
Adapt existing creatives through resizing and localization for different markets and formats;
Maintain a well-organized project structure and ensure proper file management;
Follow established production workflows while consistently meeting deadlines;
Ensure compliance with creative naming conventions and asset packaging standards;
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new creative concepts and improve individual and team production processes.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency with AI-powered image and video generation tools (e.g. Nano Banana, Krea, Higgsfield, Seedream, GPT, and similar), with a proactive approach to tracking emerging AI technologies and integrating new tools into creative workflows;
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma;
Solid understanding of social media visual trends, particularly across Instagram and TikTok;
Strong visual taste and creative judgment, with the ability to select references and generate high-quality, engaging visuals;
Good understanding of typography, font pairing, and visual hierarchy;
Ability to create attention-grabbing creatives that clearly communicate the product's value and drive user engagement;
Experience working with music, sound design, and audio effects in video creatives;
Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, with a focus on optimizing personal workflows and improving production efficiency;
Passion for creative experimentation, continuous learning, and collaborating on new ideas with cross-functional teams.
