AI Designer (ComfyUI)

At Prequel we build creative apps like Hula (AI videos from selfies https://hulaapp.ai/) and Gio (smart photo editing https://gioapp.ai/).

The role focuses on developing technical solutions for various image and video processing services – from anime generation with SD to virtual makeovers and hairstyles, from photorealistic photoshoots using FLUX to creating custom pipelines combining GPT Image Generator + Kling.

All these services will be implemented into our mobile apps to solve different user needs.

• Create and test image/video generation pipelines using ComfyUI
• Build prototypes and demos using whatever works best (ComfyUI, Gradio, Python scripts, PS, AfterEffects, various APIs and web services - the goal is to quickly validate ideas)
• Keep up with new AI tools and find ways to use them in our apps
• Create custom ComfyUI nodes when needed
• Finalize ComfyUI pipelines to hand over to designers and production - polishing pipelines, testing use cases, and debugging before release

• 3+ years of design experience (you know Photoshop, Figma, After Effects)
• At least "pet-project" experience with ComfyUI
• Experience with Stable Diffusion / Flux
• Basic coding skills (Python scripts / or you know how to use Chatgpt / Claude to help you with that)
• Understand different AI models and when to use each of them
• Pay attention to details - you notice when something looks "off"
