We’re looking for a Creative Producer who will own the creative vision for our performance marketing, scale the app through impactful creatives, and build efficient production processes.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, visual thinking, operations, and an AI-driven approach.
You will not only execute ideas - you’ll help define what we say, how we say it, and for whom, shaping creative direction across key audience segments.

Responsibilities

  • Own creative projects end-to-end: from hypothesis and brief to launch and iteration
  • Develop and evolve creative direction across audience segments (messaging, angles, visual language)
  • Translate product value into clear, compelling creative narratives
  • Brief and guide designers with strong visual and strategic context, not just tasks
  • Collaborate closely with UA to analyze performance and turn insights into new hypotheses and directions
  • Drive ideation: help the team generate concepts, test new formats, and explore fresh visual approaches
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and trends - and turn them into  creative opportunities
  • Improve production workflows and scale output through AI tools and automation
  • Act as a bridge between creative, UA, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative or marketing production (preferably in mobile or performance marketing)
  • Strong understanding of performance creatives and how they scale
  • Ability to work with metrics and translate data into creative decisions and strategy
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of what makes creatives stand out in-feed
  • Experience thinking in audiences, segments, and messaging angles (not just formats)
  • Ability to connect product value - audience motivation - creative execution
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and automation in creative workflows
  • Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Required languages: English, Russian
