As a Web-Funnels Growth PM, you'll own the heart of our monetization engine on the web. Your focus will be on designing experiments, optimizing paywalls, and turning data into direct revenue impact through A/B testing, smart segmentation, and UA-fueled growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Monetization & Experimentation:

  • Own ARPU growth by launching features and tests that boost subscription revenue.
  • Run a continuous cycle of A/B tests (paywall design, pricing, onboarding flows).
  • Design targeted onboarding paths using user segmentation to maximize conversion.
  • Prioritize experiment roadmap based on impact and complexity.

Data & User Acquisition Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the UA team to ensure product changes positively influence key marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR).
  • Analyze funnels and user behavior to generate actionable insights for growth.

Market & Strategy:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify and adapt best practices in web monetization.
  • Maintain a clear backlog, document test results, and share insights across the team.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a PM, specifically owning web funnels for B2C mobile apps (subscriptions/IAP required).
  • Proven track record of conducting and analyzing A/B tests (paywall/pricing experience is key).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
  • Understanding of User Acquisition and how product changes affect CPI and ROAS.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in photo/video/creative tools or a passion for Gen-AI and content creation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
