Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of the company's analytics/data strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Strategic partnership with teams:

    • Assisting in building and improving cross-team processes and product culture.
    • Collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
    • Defining and assisting in achieving key performance indicators for the business, teams, and departments.
  • Building and enhancing the analytics and data infrastructure, including the selection of tools and analysis methods.
  • Leading a team of analysts and data engineers:

    • Task setting, prioritization, distribution, and supervision.
    • Recruitment, training, motivation, and development of employees.
    • Establishing team processes.

Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as an analyst.
  • Experience in mobile applications with a subscription model is a plus.
  • At least 2 years in a role as a team lead for analysts or a related role.
  • Understanding and experience working with marketing and product analytics, as well as data engineers.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in SQL and knowledge of database architecture.
  • Familiarity with BI systems and visualization tools (Tableau, Redash, etc.).
  • Knowledge of tracking systems (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Adjust) and understanding of mobile attribution.
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals and data analysis (Python, R, pandas, numpy).
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics methods and experience in building predictive models.
