Responsibilities

  1. Formation and execution of the company’s analytics/data strategy in alignment with business goals
  2. Strategic partnership with teams:

    • Assisting in building and improving cross-team processes and product culture.
    • Collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
    • Defining and supporting the achievement of key business, team, and departmental metrics.
  3. Developing and enhancing analytics and data infrastructure, including the selection of tools and analysis methods.
  4. Leading a team of analysts and data engineers:

    • Defining the overall strategy for data infrastructure development (ETL pipelines, DWH, BI reporting systems).
    • Establishing a process for prioritizing and distributing analytical tasks.
    • Hiring, training, motivating, and developing team members.
    • Building and optimizing team workflows.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role (team lead or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in product analytics and data engineering (building analytical data warehouses).
  • Experience working with mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based monetization models is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database architecture.
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization (Tableau, Redash, etc.).
  • Knowledge of tracking systems (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Adjust) and understanding of mobile attribution.
  • Understanding of programming and data analysis fundamentals (Python, R, pandas, numpy).
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience in building predictive models.
