Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the LTV forecasting system for user segments to ensure accurate predictions.
- Conduct market research, including audience behavior analysis and tracking industry trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and detailed reports to track and improve advertising performance.
- Analyze marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights for ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to create and maintain data pipelines for smooth data extraction, transformation, and integration.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring all analyses are accurate and reliable.
- Work with the Lead Data Analyst on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and advertising technologies, and share fresh ideas with the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 1 year in marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of user acquisition on iOS, including traffic structure, attribution models, and SKAN-based optimization.
- Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and probability theory.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python, including experience with pandas for data manipulation.
- Practical experience with data visualization tools like Tableau to create effective dashboards.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow for managing data pipelines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with subscription-based business models.
- Knowledge of ClickHouse for fast data querying and analytics.
- Understanding of mobile marketing tools like AppsFlyer and Firebase.
