Apply

Esti (https://esti.app/) is a leading aesthetic photo editing app on a mission to become the #1 player in the market. We are looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product journey.

You won’t just be "executing tasks" – you’ll lead a small, highly dedicated, and cross-functional team. We offer full autonomy: you’ll define roadmap, prioritize backlog, and drive product's evolution from ideation to impact.

Responsibilities

While we have deep internal expertise in monetization, we need you to focus on the Core Experience.

  • Own the Core Value: You’ll be responsible for Engagement and Retention metrics, ensuring users get maximum value from our editing tools.
  • Drive ARPU: We don't believe in "money vs. product." You will launch features that increase user loyalty, which naturally leads to higher ARPU.
  • Full-Cycle Experimentation: Run a continuous test cycle (from core features to onboarding and paywalls).
  • Design personalized onboarding paths based on user intent and source.
  • Work closely with the UA team to ensure the product experience matches the "promise" of our ads (CPI/ROAS alignment).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile subscription apps.
  • Solid understanding of A/B test design: hypothesis formulation, correct sample size calculation, and stopping rules.
  • Experience in analyzing user funnels to understand key journeys (activation → engagement → purchase).
  • Our audience is predominantly female and highly trend-conscious. You should have a personal interest in visual trends, aesthetics, and social media content creation.
  • Ability to prioritize product features based on their estimated impact on core business metrics (ARPU).
  • Understanding of how product changes affect key UA metrics (CPI, ROAS).
  • Proven ability to work closely with designers, including writing clear briefs and iterating efficiently on design solutions for testing.
