This role offers an opportunity to tackle stimulating recruitment challenges while partnering closely with the business and driving innovation in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle: create job profiles, perform active sourcing, interviewing, and support candidates at all stages of the process.
- Work directly with hiring managers.
- Analyze salary trends and market best practices, adapting them to the company's needs.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Confident use of ATS (we use Huntflow), Amazing Hiring, and Boolean Search.
- High flexibility, openness, and the ability to work in rapidly changing environments.
- A partnership-based approach with hiring managers and the ability to argue and justify decisions.
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Readiness to generate and apply unconventional methods to find rare specialists.
- Ability to assess and improve your performance.
- Self-reliance and the ability to plan your time effectively.
