We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to empower our Performance team with deep-dive analytics and robust data infrastructure. In this role, you will go beyond standard reporting to identify growth opportunities, analyze creative performance, and proactively drive the scaling of our User Acquisition.

We need a technical expert with advanced SQL and Python skills who is ready to manage the full data lifecycle — from building data marts in dbt to orchestrating complex workflows in Airflow. You will play a key role in optimizing our iOS UA strategy through SKAN-based performance analysis and unit economics, turning raw data into a clear ecosystem of actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance team with analytics: cohort analysis, unit economics (CAC/LTV/ROAS), payback periods, and performance reviews of campaigns and creatives.
  • Perform ad/creative-level deep dives: identify creative burnout, campaign saturation, changes in the traffic mix, and the root causes of metric degradation.
  • Identify growth opportunities in user acquisition, proactively uncovering scaling possibilities and translating insights into actionable recommendations for UA/Growth teams.
  • Develop and maintain data marts and data layers in dbt.
  • Automate routine tasks for the analytics and UA teams.
  • Configure and maintain automated updates and calculations in Airflow (SLAs, retries, backfills, and alerts).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a minimum of 1 year focused on marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UA: funnels, cohort approach, attribution, creative and budget management, and interpreting metric dynamics.
  • In-depth knowledge of User Acquisition on iOS, including traffic structure, attribution models, and SKAN-based optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (preferably ClickHouse or other analytical DWH) and the ability to build efficient data models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, API integrations).
  • Experience with dbt and/or readiness to quickly master it (modeling, incremental loads, testing, and documentation).
  • Experience with Airflow or other orchestration tools: managing schedules, dependencies, retries, and alerting.
