We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with a strong technical background to develop our marketing analytics. In this role you will build LTV forecasting systems and design robust data infrastructure using dbt and Airflow to drive the scaling of our user acquisition.

We need an expert with advanced Python and SQL skills who can build effective data models and turn complex marketing information into a clear ecosystem of insights. You will work at the intersection of analytics and strategy, optimizing ad performance through SKAN and implementing high standards of automation to enhance the effectiveness of marketing decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the current LTV forecasting system for user segments to ensure accurate predictions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including audience behavior analysis and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and detailed reports to monitor and enhance advertising performance metrics.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses of marketing campaigns to generate actionable insights for ad targeting, bidding strategies, and overall performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and maintain efficient data pipelines for seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration.
  • Troubleshoot and address data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all analyses.
  • Partner with the Lead Data Analyst to contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and advertising technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a minimum of 1 year focused on marketing analytics.

  • Strong understanding of User Acquisition on iOS, including traffic structure, attribution models, and SKAN-based performance optimization.
  • Solid foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and probability theory.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including expertise with pandas for data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau to create insightful dashboards.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow for managing data pipelines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, coupled with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with subscription-based business models.
  • In-depth knowledge of ClickHouse for high-performance data querying and analytics.
  • An understanding of mobile marketing ecosystems, including tools like AppsFlyer and Firebase.
