• Develop and implement high-level animation concepts;
• Create complex scenes with custom effects and scripts;
• Generate concepts based on market analysis and trends;
• Actively use and integrate new AI tools into workflows;
• Manage projects and oversee the quality of visual content;
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proposing new formats and solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects (scripts, expressions, VFX);
• Experience using AI tools in design (e.g., Krea, Kling, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, automation);
• Ability to analyze creative metrics and apply data-driven insights;
• Skills in market research, benchmarking, and trend-based ideation;
• Experience managing creative projects from concept to final execution;
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and leadership qualities;
• A portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality animation work.
