Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of a product area, where you will be responsible for reaching the goals set by the board of executives by leveraging any of the required resources
- Collaborate with executives and business unit leaders to establish a compelling vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product
- Lead a cross-functional product team, consisting of Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science professionals, to create and launch intuitive product experiences that create value for the user and generate measurable business impact
- Ensure effective communication by regularly updating the team and all other stakeholders on Product KPIs, outcomes, and future plans
- Work closely with our Research team to explore innovative ways to enhance existing products and deliver increased value to users
- Collaborate with RnD/AI team and Art department to deliver exciting creation experiences for the users
- Make sure that marketing, ASO, Brand, and others involved in the product lifecycle understand the selling points, target segments, and the business model
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with B2C products, preferably creator products like photo/video editing, social media, etc. with a large user base
- Experience working with subscription based products, experience with other extra monetization models would be a plus
- Experience with Agile Scrum, Kanban processes
- Understanding and experience with developing product strategies, vision and how all that is related to the overall goals and objectives of the company
- Able to define complex problems, come up with hypotheses that bring value to the user and to the business
- Understanding of the fundamentals of product design, what good design is, and user experience
- Proficient with data and analytics tools, hands on experience with data analysis and product analytics tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.
- Experience with AB testing, design, execute, measure, and act accordingly based on the results
- Can think creatively and ready for a constructive discussion, able to express your thoughts, and ready to accept the other’s points of view
- Ready to work in a startup environment with a startup culture where everything always needs to be done yesterday, and the ability to handle stress in such situations
- High level understanding of programming, how to create products that create, store and access data from different sources
- Experience in hiring and mentoring with more junior colleagues is a plus
