About the Product
Esti is a successful aesthetic photo and video editing app, aiming to become the #1 in the market. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make this a reality.


Your Role
Your main task will be to drive Revenue and MAU growth while enhancing monetization and user retention. You will be responsible for the complete product development cycle on iOS, from idea to implementation, closely interacting with users and the target audience.

Responsibilities


  • Improve key metrics: Revenue, MAU, retention
  • Develop and implement product growth strategies
  • Rapidly launch and test new features (MVP) and enhance existing ones
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
  • Optimize sales and retention funnels
  • Work with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase)
  • Formulate, adjust, and prioritize the product roadmap based on impact on key metrics
  • Coordinate efforts with developers, designers, and marketers
  • Make data-driven decisions and continuously monitor key product metrics
  • Collaborate closely with User Researchers and directly engage with users to identify growth opportunities through qualitative feedback


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in product management for mobile apps, including launching products into the top categories of the App Store
  • Deep understanding of monetization, PnL management, and experience improving both monetization and user retention simultaneously
  • Expertise in mobile technologies, AI/ML trends, and technical experience to contribute to complex technological solutions
  • Ability to work with data, conduct complex experiments, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in fast-growing startups with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholder decisions
  • Interest or experience in the photo-video industry, including creating products for creators (bloggers, Instagram users, TikTok, etc.) and understanding trends in photo and video content creation and editing
