Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, user adoption, and retention. You will lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven features, from ideation to execution, ensuring our product delivers real business impact. Your strategic vision and data-driven approach will shape the future of AI-powered content creation.

• Drive key metrics: Revenue, user growth (MAU), and retention
• Define and execute AI-driven product growth strategies
• Launch and iterate on new features using rapid experimentation (MVP approach)
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize user experience
• Improve monetization models and refine sales & retention funnels
• Work with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase) to inform decisions
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact
• Collaborate with developers, AI researchers, designers, and marketers to deliver cutting-edge AI features
• Engage with users and conduct qualitative research to uncover growth opportunities
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and assess their application to product innovation

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile apps, including scaling AI-driven products
• Strong understanding of monetization strategies, P&L management, and user retention
• Experience launching and growing products in competitive App Store categories
• Technical expertise in AI/ML and the ability to collaborate on complex AI-driven solutions
• Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and interpreting analytics
• Experience working in fast-growing startups, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders
• Passion for Generative AI and its potential in creative industries, including social media, digital art, and content creation
