We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own TikTok as our key acquisition channel and scale our subscription mobile apps. Full ownership of strategy, budgets, and creative hypotheses.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute UA strategy for subscription-based products (iOS, Android) -  from hypotheses and creative concept to performance analysis and KPI forecasting.
  • Manage $100K+/month ad budgets to drive growth while hitting performance and efficiency targets.
  • Run TikTok campaigns with deep optimization toward CPI, CPA, ROAS, and Purchase events.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and UGC creators - set clear goals and propose new testing hypotheses.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze data to optimize performance and scale campaigns.
  • Scale and automate media buying - rules, bid scripts, APIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams on media buying and analytics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition.
  • Experience with subscription-based mobile apps with proven cases of revenue growth and user retention.
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets above $100K.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok dynamics; experience with Meta / Snapchat / Google / ASA is a plus.
  • Creative expertise in TikTok: understanding of platform trends, UGC and native content, hands-on work with production and creators.
  • Experience working in US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and analytics (Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio).
  • Deep understanding of unit economics: LTV, CAC, ARPU, ROI, payback, cohort analysis.
  • Required languages: English, Russian.
