Manage advertising budgets to drive growth and achieve set performance and ROI targets;
Close collaboration with the creative team: providing feedback on tested ad creatives, setting goals, and proposing new hypotheses for testing;
Conducting A/B tests and analyzing data to optimize performance and launch effective advertising campaigns;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product and analytics) to ensure seamless integration of user acquisition strategies with product launches and updates.
Requirements
Required Experience
Last 4 years of experience with large, growing products in a User Acquisition role.
Mobile Apps: Proven track record of working with subscription-based monetization models. Web2Web (optional) + Web2App experience is also important.
Experience with international products and markets (EU, USA). English language proficiency.
Budgets
Budget Management: Proven experience successfully managing budgets of $100k+ per month on Facebook (FB).
Analytics
Proficiency with MMPs: Appsflyer / Adjust.
Proficiency with analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Appmetrica).
Experience in conducting A/B tests, their evaluation, data analysis, and working with BI tools.
Knowledge of Channels and Platforms
Acquisition Channels: Deep understanding of FB/Meta specifics; experience with other user acquisition channels is a plus.
