Senior User Acquisition manager (Tik Tok)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies (TikTok channel);
  • Manage advertising budgets to drive growth and achieve set performance and targets;
  • Close collaboration with the creative team: providing feedback on tested ad creatives, setting goals, and proposing new hypotheses for testing;
  • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing data to optimize performance and launch effective advertising campaigns;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product and analytics) to ensure seamless integration of user acquisition strategies with product launches and updates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing; TikTok Ads is a must-have; experience with other platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Google, ASA) is a plus.
  • Expert proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager: campaign setup and management, A/B testing, optimization for CPI, CPA, ROAS, Purchase.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and analytics platforms (Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile product funnel and key user metrics: install → activation → retention → purchase → LTV.
  • Creative expertise in TikTok: understanding of platform trends, UGC, and native content; experience in generating and testing creative hypotheses, collaborating with production teams and creators.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets ($500K+/month) – spend control, reallocation across GEOs and campaigns, product-level ROI monitoring.
  • Knowledge and application of unit economics: LTV, CAC, ARPU, ROI, payback periods, cohort analysis.
  • Experience in scaling and automating user acquisition – rules, bid scripts, using APIs and analytical tools for optimization.
  • Ability to build a UA strategy from the ground up: from hypotheses and creative concepts to performance analysis and KPI forecasting.
  • Understanding of the specifics of different markets (EU, US, Tier-1) and adapting campaigns to local user behavior patterns.
