As a Creative Producer, you will organize and optimize the production process for marketing creatives. You will ensure creative production meets KPIs, streamlines workflows, and fosters innovation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Analytics, to enhance advertising campaigns and continuously improve performance.
Ideal candidates come from a design or user acquisition background or potentially from product marketing roles focused on creative strategy rather than broad project coordination. Experience in building production processes, optimizing workflows, and understanding KPIs are essential.
Responsibilities
- Creative Production Management: Oversee and control the end-to-end production process for advertising creatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance production workflows, streamline idea generation, and improve overall efficiency.
- Innovation & Idea Generation: Lead efforts to generate new ideas for creative content and collaborate with marketing teams to test and implement them.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of creative assets and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with trends in mobile advertising and incorporate relevant insights into creative strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with User Acquisition (UA), ASO, Design, SMM, Community, Product, and Content teams to align creative strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Analytics Coordination: Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards and track key performance metrics related to creative performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a relevant role (User Acquisition, Project Management, Product Marketing Manager, or Analytics, with a marketing focus preferred).
- Creative Production Expertise: Proven experience managing the production of creatives for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and display networks.
- Team Management: Experience working with design teams of 10+ people.
- UGC Advertising: Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) advertising is a plus.
- Technical & Process Knowledge: Understanding of marketing design, market analysis tools, production workflows, and KPI management.
