Required Experience
- At least 3 years of recent experience with large-scale, growing products in a User Acquisition (UA) role.
- Mobile Apps: Proven track record of working with B2C mobile applications (must have). Experience with subscription-based monetization model is a strong plus. Web2Web + Web2App experience is also important.
- Project Stability: Stable tenure in previous roles, with an average duration of 1.5-2 years at each company.
- Experience with international products and markets (USA, EU). English language proficiency.
Budget Management
- Experience working with budgets: Successful management of budgets exceeding $100,000+ per month.
Analytics
- Proficiency with MMPs: Appsflyer / Adjust.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Appmetrica).
- Experience in conducting A/B tests, evaluating them, analyzing data, and working with BI.
Channel and Platform Expertise
- Acquisition Channels: Deep understanding of the specifics of Facebook/Meta advertising and TikTok, experience with other acquisition channels is a plus.
