Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of user acquisition strategy.
  • Management of advertising budgets to drive growth and achieve set performance and profitability KPIs.
  • Close collaboration with the creative team: providing feedback on ad creatives and proposing new hypotheses for testing. Our creative testing process is automated — no need to launch or analyze tests manually; the focus is on fine-tuning and improving the existing automation.
  • Conducting A/B tests and data analysis to optimize performance and launch effective advertising campaigns.
  • Interaction with cross-functional teams (including product and analytics) to ensure seamless integration of acquisition strategies with product launches and updates.

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years of recent experience with large-scale, growing products in a User Acquisition (UA) role.
  • Web Acquisition: Proven track record of working with B2C web products — Web or Web2Web in Meta.
  • Subscription Business: Experience with subscription-based monetization model is a strong plus.
  • Project Stability: Stable tenure in previous roles, with an average duration of 1.5–2 years at each company.
  • Experience with international products and markets (USA, EU). English language proficiency.

Budget Management

  • Successful management of budgets exceeding $100,000+ per month on Facebook.

Analytics

  • Proficiency with web analytics tools: Google Analytics.
  • Web Funnel Experience: Hands-on experience working with web funnels in Funnel.fox — including funnel adjustments, optimization, and iterative improvements — is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Amplitude, Firebase, Appmetrica is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests, evaluating them, analyzing data, and working with BI.

Channel and Platform Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Facebook/META advertising for web funnels; experience with other acquisition channels is a plus.
