Responsibilities
- Independently conducting both qualitative and quantitative full-cycle user and market research - from requirements gathering to customer presentation;
- Leading research conducted by other researchers;
- Monitoring of the competitive environment;
- Advising product managers, art directors and spreading the research culture within the company;
- Working with related departments to deliver better, enriched insights;
- Lobbying and advocating for user research;
- Monitoring adherence to the research cycle;
- Mentoring and assisting in the professional development of junior colleagues;
- Upgrading internal policies and processes to improve research efficiency;
- Organizing educational workshops;
- Consistent enrichment of the team with market and user knowledge, which should take a structured form;
- Supporting the internal user research respondent base.
Requirements
- Broad experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in established products (or startups that have received funding) with a willingness to talk about the nuances of conducting each in the Western marketplace;
- English - C2;
- Excel - pro level;
- Ability to briefly, clearly and reasonably present your ideas and then put them into practice
- Experience in implementing new practices in a team of researchers, building processes from scratch
- Experience in mentoring junior colleagues;
- Strong knowledge of modern research methods theory;
- Knowledge of the western market landscape of research platforms;
- Experience working with Sensor Tower, survey services;
- Ability to understand any topic from 0;
- Repeated experience in market analysis;
- Proactive interest in what's going on in the user research industry;
- High level of emotional intelligence;
- Preference will be given to candidates with python proficiency at a level sufficient to write web scraping tules, sort data, read pictures into text and then analyze it.
